Looking for the 'right' property investment

So what is the 'right' investment?

If anyone answered this by pointing out a particular investment in property, I would say that they are biased to a particular product.

From my own perspective it is different things for different people and my success in this area has been just that. Designing a particular plan or project based on the wants and needs of the client. I start with the end in mind.

Property has created more wealth for people in this country than any other product, service or industry. It is the cornerstone of any smart wealth creation plan.
