A brief history
1973 to 2007 - BUSY WORKING IN REAL ESTATE
A lifetime in real estate, from a junior to a manager to a proprietor.
During these 34 years I qualified as a licensed estate agent, auctioneer and trainer and helped and assisted thousands of families and developers
to buy, sell and develop property.
I gained an intimate knowledge of the real estate and property industry and developed a large network of contacts.
My principle of the ‘right’ price to buy at, the ‘right’ product at the ‘right’ sales price was used by many developers.
As is usually the case, I was too busy being in real estate to develop my own properties.
2007 to 2009 - MAKING REAL ESTATE WORK FOR ME
I continued my passion for helping people by moving into the area of advocacy for my close and personal clients who had become friends over time. This freed up my time to follow my passions in real estate development and giving back to the community.
My ‘right’ principle started becoming my formula in selecting successful property development opportunities.
My development strategy is now known as ‘Top Down Approach,’ which first predetermines the profit objective and then uses a risk management strategy that analyses all the various risks involved in developing property that then needs to be actively managed.
2009 and … - MAKING REAL ESTATE WORK FOR YOU
I have been asked by asset rich clients who are time poor and don’t have the experience to help them move into property development.
As such, It’s a Breeze Property was formed with an experienced team of property professionals and a success rate of 88%.
After all our projects to-date, we are now better positioned and prepared to guide you in achieving your goals and aspirations.
